The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the sea front, providing quick access to some great restaurants. Being a fishing area, the local seafood must be tried! The room we had booked was upgraded for free to a ground-floor apartment, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel was always immaculate and the staff were always friendly.

Meh stay

Big and clean apartment Modern Bed was nice 2 A/C's

Location is bad. Few transports, too isolated, scary way from the main road to the hotel. Staff nice but not very helpful. Did not give us WiFi or any suggestions/recommendations. Rawai beach is not really a beach, it is more like a pier and that did not help at all. It is probably a decent hotel if you have a car rented and just don't want to deal with tourism.

This is a nice place to stay if you don't plan on using the WiFi or the TV.

Nice and clean. Nice pool. Aircon good. Very good cleaning staff.

The selection of TV channels was a joke. All channels where unobtainable due to shoddy Arial installation. Not ideal when traveling with an 11 year old. The WiFi is an utter joke. Doesn't work for more than 3 or 4 mins at a time. The staff in the office will fob you off with an excuse every time you mention the TV channels or the WiFi. No effort was made to resolve the problems. The WiFi man never comes.

The best place in Rawai Beach!

Good location, friendly crew and owner, Warm wellcome when check in , we get better room closer to the pool even if we book different one , our property is very high quality everything almost brand new , spacious living and bedroom ! They make Thai New year party for hotel guest including free foods , and live music . We are enjoyed our stay and will apsolutely coming back next time ! High reccomended place from people who traveling a lot :)

Great value, large spaces, friendly staff highly recommenced!

I travel frequently to Phuket where I lived several years. I always drove by pool 89 and decided to book the place for this trip. I could not be more happy the flats are spacious, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed much all the space available to store luggage, personal items etc. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, we did not have particular requests but sure we would have welcomed with help if needed.

They had an issue with the internet with was a bit flaky, I do work with internet so I need a reliable connection, these issues nowadays are very important so to be addressed quickly, I'd say is almost like running with no water. But I did not decide to lower my rating for something that can be fixed.

Comfortable apartments

Very nice big apartment, nice and competent staff especially at reception.

Atmosphere around the pool. Not very well attended. No restaurant or bar where one can get some drinks or snacks.

The perfect relaxing stay

The place was amazing. Very quiet and near to the beach. Staff and hotel owner were very friendly and helpful. They've arranged us a car once we got to the hotel to take us to Halal restaurant for free! Breakfast was delicious and their response for providing halal food for breakfast via booking app was very quick!! The view from the balcony was beautiful almost from any room in the hotel and straight to the pool. Swimming pool was so nice and provide some nice toys for my 2 yrs girl we loved it so much.
